We are a group of independent condominium owners who use the services of the onsite manager to rent our personal vacation condos.

Each unit is personalized for our own use and taste, as well as for our renters' fun and comfort.

Situated directly on the beach, each unit has a full kitchen, a dining area, 2 bathrooms, a separate bedroom, extra accomodations in the living room in the form of a fold out couch or Murphy bed, cable TV, VHS/DVD players, onsite laundry room, wireless internet and an amazing view of the ocean and Twin Rocks.

The beach in front of us is near the outlet of Rock Creek, a small fresh water stream running down the beach and into the ocean. This means the kids (big ones and little ones) can lie in the sand, make sand castles, and try to dam up the stream without the immediate danger of ocean waves. And don't forget to keep your beach fires 50' from the condos (it isn't as far as you might think) -- there is plenty of beach (and often some driftwood).
